This is a reading list for those interested in a deep exploration of the topics that fall under the NoSurf umbrella. Topics such as: neuroscience, internet addiction, behavioral design, the ethics of technology and more.
I kept this list very focused on these topics and tried not to deviate too far off. It’s really easy to keep adding books to the list, only to have this become an excessively long document that people feel overwhelmed by.
So with this list my goal was to provide a theoretical foundation for the why. Why someone should NoSurf and why the practice is worthwhile.
Note: I have personally read/watched most of the material here but not all of it. I plan on working my way through this list as I get time. I may add or remove materials given my opinion of them and how important I feel they are to the community.
Note 2: If your goal is simply to have a basic understanding of NoSurf, then you have to read no further than the first book on the reading list.
